Orlando Host for the Annual ZNA USA District Presidents' Meeting The Central Florida Koi Show will be held again this year the second weekend in March 2008 from the 7th - 9th at the Holiday Inn Resort on International Drive. This is our tenth show in Orlando. CFKS is sponsored by four central Florida AKCA clubs; the Florida East Coast Koi Club, Tampa Bay Koi and Water Garden Club, Gainesville Koi Club, and the Orlando Area Koi and Pond Club. The ZNA Southern Koi Association has members throughout Florida and the Southeast and is the fifth sponsoring club for the show. Click on logo above to visit CFKS member Web sites.
Whereas CFKS 2008 is not a ZNA show this year, it is host to the ZNA US District Presidents' meeting. CFKS and member clubs are honored to once again host this meeting. The Koi Show and Vendor Fair is free and open to the public.
More parking is available on the north side of the hotel.The show features judging of hobbyist's koi brought to the show by private individuals, a vendor fair where you may see displays of pond hardware and koi, and seminars (Saturday only). See the "Show Schedule" for more information on all the events for Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. Come early to see the show koi on Sunday because the koi in the show area are removed starting around noon after the judges complete their comments about the koi around the koi show tanks. There is a $10 fee to attend the seminars all day on Saturday and a separate $10 fee to attend the special judging koi seminar on Saturday afternoon at 3:00pm. Seating is limited for the judging seminar, please pre-register to assure a seat. See "Download Forms" on the left hand menu to obtain registration form. To attend other seminars, go to the registration area to sign up on site. Directions: The show site is at the Holiday Inn Resort, 6515 International Drive. From I-4 westbound take the Kirkman Rd exit (from left lane). Follow the exit ramp staying in the right hand lane. At the stoplight, make a right turn onto I-Drive and go 1/2 mile. The hotel is on the right.
From I-4 eastbound, take Exit 74-A at Sand Lake Rd. Go south to International Drive, turn left onto International Drive. About 1 mile, look for Holiday Inn Resort on left.

Mears Transportation has a kiosk at the airport on the luggage level and it services I-Drive hotels including ours - a van departs the airport every 15 minutes and the cost is 15.00 one way / $27.00 round trip. They do not need reservations - guests can go directly to the luggage level and purchase a ticket at their kiosk/window.
