Wednesday -
Tanks are delivered to the show site. Tent is set-up.
Thursday - Show set-up continues… Please note: Show tanks will not be ready to accept fish until all tank water has been treated for chlorine. Please check with Henry or Martha before releasing koi into show tanks.
Friday - March 8
9:00 AM ZNA Presidents’ Meeting (closed meeting)
9:00 AM - Koi entrants begin arriving in show ring area (Tent).
1:00 PM - Vendor area opens (Atrium area in Tower building and Show tent)
5:30 PM - Vendor booths close. All koi show entrants from vendors must be registered by 3pm Friday.
Note: The vendor area generally closes at 5:30pm on Friday and Saturday, and at 3pm on Sunday.
The show tent area is open from sun up to sun down Friday and until 6pm on Saturday. The inner circle of the show tent will be closed at 9:45am Saturday for judging. The koi and judging can still be viewed from outside the show tank perimeter.
6:30 PM - Friday Night BBQ TBA
8:00 PM - Koi Society Annual Business Meeting - Room TBA
Saturday - March 9
10:00 AM - Inner show circle traffic closes to all but workers, Judging Begins
6:30 PM - Awards Banquet "social hour" (Front building) See Banquet
9:00 AM - All Day - Koi and Goldfish display. Vendor Fair open. Free to public.
7:30 PM - Begin Serving
Sunday - March 10 Note: Time Change
9:00 AM - ZNA Southern Koi Association Annual Meeting
11:00 AM - Judges Talk Around the Show Tanks.
12:00 - 3:00 - All koi show entrants must be removed from show tanks, koi show break down begins!
1:00 PM - Vendor area closes and breakdown begins.
Special Organization Meetings
Koi Society Meeting hosted by TBA Friday 8pm Pending
ZNA Southern Koi Association hosted by Richard Porter Sunday 9am
A hospitality room is open off the Atrium area for show entrants, club volunteers, and vendors during the weekend. Donations help offset the cost of the hospitality room.
Folks from Michigan Koi Club welcomed at the Central Florida Koi Show (below) Also we have enjoyed great participation from the Atlanta, Minnesota, and South and North Carolina clubs and the South Florida Koi Club Face Book Group.
